Hi, I’m Monique!
I love God, my family, living fully and intentionally and serving. I am passionate about helping other women overcome the 'diet' struggle who have suffered for years with a poor relationship with foods and their bodies. After decades of food obsession, a eating disorder that haunted me for all of my 20's, numerous hormonal and health imbalances, I'm finally in the best health and shape of my life at 47 years young. It took me over 40 years to finally find physical, emotional and food freedom and peace and I want to show you how you can have this freedom, too. It's NEVER too late!
My goal is to advocate for you and show you that it's possible to achieve a harmonious balance where you can authentically embrace both wellness and life's little pleasures.
